Traditional Ethiopian Favorites!

• Kitfo
Ground tenderloin seasoned with Ethiopian butter and spicy paprika (mitmita). Made to order (rare, medium, well done)

• Sega wat

Chunks of Beef tenderloin cooked to in Ethiopian butter, onions and red pepper sauce. (spicy)

• A & N Special Tibs
Beef or lamb marinated chunks of ribeye sautéed with onions, tomatoes, jalapeños, and rosemary spicy (Key) or mild (Alicha).

• Doro wat
The highest of Ethiopian traditions, a thick chicken stew slow cooked with berbere and served with hard boiled eggs made spicy (Key) only.

• Ye Fesig Beyaynatu
A combination plate of Sega wat and Doro wat served with two vegetables.

 

Seafood

• Baked Tilapia

With onions, tomato, and garlic over rice.

• Shrimp

Sautéed with onions, tomato, spinach, garlic, and Ethiopian butter (butter seasoned with spices and herbs)

 

Vegetable Entrees all cooked vegan style

• Mesir wat

Spicy lentil stew with berbere and garlic.

• Shiro wat

Vegetable pea stew with garlic, onions, and jalapeños.

• Gomen

Collard greens cooked with onions and jalapeños.

• Kik Alicha

Yellow split peas with garlic, and onions.

• Beyanetu

A combination of the above four vegetable items.

• Cabbage and Carrots

Cooked with onions and garlic.

• House salad with home made dressing

Tomatoes, onions, bell peppers and lettuce.
